Lost Username/Lost Password Page problem

Well ,the Lost Username and Lost Passowrd links did show in the fornt end.
The problem is after clicking on the links, and then directed to the "Lost Username" and Lost Passowrd page only show "Reminder as " text along with "Lost Usename" and "Lost Password" check boxes. And that's it, no more element(such as send button) for user to complete the Username or Passowrd retrieving procedure.

ok
please go to www.yunboss.com/register-demo/lostpassword.html

It's in Chinese, but the first string on the left bttom you saw means: Reminder As.
The on the right hand site are "Lost Username" and "Lost Password" check boxes.

Ok - I do not see anything wrong with that page.

But please explain how you have the Captcha plugin on your site - you do not appear to be or ever have been a CB Documentation subscriber.

i download the captcha on the net and then install it.
Does user need to pay for captcha plugin?
If yes, I am sorry that I will go buy it later soon.

So the problem is caused becuase of the captcha is not a legal version?

I do not think that is the problem - but I do not know what you installed since you did not get it from us. You could have installed something that will cause you issues (bugs, security issues, who knows maybe someone is intercepting your information).

The problem I have is that my time is thin and I try to give as much as I can to as many as I can. My priorities regarding my time is: Professional subscribers, Advanced Subscribers, End Users.

To be honest - people downloading copies of our offerings over then net do not fit on this priority list.
