Mass mail unsubscribe

I can't seem to find a Profile registration field which offers the unsubscribe out of the Mass Mail?

Is this possible in CB?

I been told that not offering this when sending a mass mail is illegal? I can't find the option to add this in the admin area, or in the profile fields?

Mass emailing feature is not a Newsletter feature to subscribe to / unsubscribe from. Joomla mass email works also in a similar way.

With CB Mass Emailer (activated from the CB User Manager), you can filter first your membership based on any CB Field value criteria.

This means you can add a CB Checkbox field (example: mail me mass email messages: Y/N) and use this as your criteria.

I am an Advanced member and have implemented this already (too easy)

I have one question though, I already have 300 members, is it possible to pre-check the check box on their profiles?

It is pre-checked on the registration form, but not on existing profiles
