Can't upgrade my CBSubs until I resolve this...Please Help ASAP

When trying to upgrade CB 1.23 to 1.31

1. Using Install/Uninstall
---Received following error---
*JFolder::create: Could not create directory
* Warning! Failed to move file.

2. Enabled FTP layer at your request and attempted install again
---Received following error---
"Unable to find install package"

3. Third and subsequent install attempts
---Received following error---
"JFTP::mkdir: Bad response"

Please help ASAP... please offer other ideas ... I cannot upgrade my CBSubs until I resolve this

Please enable debug mode and maximum error reporting before attempting to install. Once done try installing and review any on-screen errors. Seams like some sort of permissions issue. Please check that the following directorys have proper permissions (777, 775, or 755).

components/com_comprofiler/
