Registration Authorisation for Age Groups

Hi

My site is sports related and I need some sort of way of ensuring users under a certain age have parental concent to create their profile in community builder. I already have cb conditions, which doesn't give me enough scope to do what I need to do.

Anyone know a good plugin or a way of recognising date of birth and requesting an extra authority, such as tick box with parent/guardian email address which is copied into account creation confirmation?

Couldn't you use CB Conditional a professional subscriber incubator project to conditional display a Checkbox field and Email field? You could check the birthdate and if year is not high enough to ensure they're not a minor then display those fields. Regex validation is possible so checking just year is very doable.
