How to make User Private Profile was created by jamesonj

Hi
I have been researching how to make user profiles private. No decision by the user. by default and no way to change it.
I found Cbprivacy the plug and do something similar but decided by the user.
It is possible that the profile is hidden for all users? registered. and visitors.

I use CB with Kunena forum too.
