Search Plugin

Hi can someone recommend plugin for search as i have searched joomla extensions the one i used that they claim it works with CB but they they dont work like the last one i downloaded it got option of age and gender but it just displays all the profiles thanks

You can search by all the user profile fields using CBs own user search (in the front end available in user list pages). Therefore I haven't needed another search extention, so I cannot point you to one ...

how can i enable all these extra option on search as shown in image below thanks

I've been able to get functionality and searchability via user lists I want. Thanks for pointing me in that direction.

Here's what I'd like to happen.

1. I would like to be able to search only when a value is entered. This would eliminate the blank search that produces the entire user list.

2. I would like to get rid of that "list all" option that appears along with the results.

Since the intent of the search is to produce one result and my site has username as a unique value, eliminating showing the entire list is a matter of going to the bottom of the user list configuration and setting the results per page to 1 and turning off pagination.

The eliminating of the "list all" button has been covered in other posts and is done by editing the default.php file within the com_profiler plugin.
