Can't Edit User Profiles

Can't update any user information....Does anyone know what to do?

I have same problem - have had it for a while.

From the backend CB "User Management" tab, I can view all the details of each user's profile, but when I try to change any of those details and then save the changes, nothing happens.

I have no idea how this problem came about, or how to fix it.

Fortunately, I can still edit user details in the frontend!

Any suggestions?

Could you provide some more information, i.e. what exactly happens and which error message, if any, you are getting.

@alexchristie: does the page reload, go back to the menu or nothing at all?

Strange, when I try today to edit user details from the backend, it all works fine! I have no idea what I have done differently, but between yesterday and today I have replaced a couple of php files (to get gender-specific avatars working).

When it wasn't working (for about a week or so until today) the page would not reload, or give any error messages, when I tried to save a users details from the backend - it just sat there doing nothing.

When I turn on debug. This is the result when trying to save.
