I'm having 10 new user every day and they don't look like real people. Is it possible to ban a specific email domain like not accepting email from @domain.com?

As far as I know there is no plugin available for this yet.
There is a Captcha plugin available for advanced members (see www.joomlapolis.com/cb-solutions/add-ons ) which might stop these subscriptions.

You can try using regex on the CB email field.

How am I going to use regex to prevent this?
(I suppose you refer to PERL Regular expression.)
I just put the mentioned domains in "Forbidden words at registration", I hope this works.
