Welcome to the forum. Please let us know your Joomla and CB version numbers as well as your Private Message system and other plugins you might have installed.

Easiest way to attack your problem is following the "Help Us Help You" item in the FAQ: www.joomlapolis.com/support/faqs

Hi, my cb is version 1.3.1 and it's plain installation with the basic stuff that come with cb

I also found another topic that addresses the problem but it doesn't seem to fix it so far www.joomlapolis.com/forum/30-bugs/34406-qsession-timed-out-your-email-failed-to-send

Cheers

Does that mean that you don't have any personal message system installed? If so, the cb core plugin pms.mypmspro should be deactivated.
