Problem uploading and installing CB1.4 was created by mindofdude
Hi guyz,

hope some-one can help me.
I am having a major problem uploading and installing cb1.4
I've tried now on Joomla 1.6, when it didn't work, i downgraded and tried it on joomla 1.5
I can't seem to find out why it wont install.

everytime i try, once uploaded it just takes me back to the main control panel of joomla. Doesn't show in components menu or anything.

So after looking through documentation i thought i'd see if my host was up to scratch and it seems so. Thought it may at first been a lower version of php my host was using but it uses 5.2

Anyone else experienced this? know why? and how to solve?

thanks in advance,

DUde

Can you install other components?

Perhaps your php upload file size is too low?
Read the installation txt file for guidance.

Typically you would need to edit a php.ini file.

Ask your host for specific instructions for your environment.

unfortunately don't have access to the php .ini file on my host. I have found the upload max filesize settings in php configuration though, and have requested it be changed.

thanks for your help
