Message "This webpage has a redirection loop"

I just installed a new Jooomla 1.6.1 site with the latest Community Builder.

When someone clicks on the "Register" link under the CB Login, they get the error message
"This webpage has a redirection loop"

The web address is " urbanmadison.org/index.php/component/comprofiler/registers "

I have set up numerous sites recently with this same technology and have not seen this problem before. Obviously, it is a series problem because nobody can register.

I am running the free version of ARTIO JoomSEF on this site as well as the other new sites where I don't have this problem.

I have tried getting rid of cookies, etc. I am using Chrome.
