Is there a Module/Extension/Plugin that I can download the user information for my site?

I have custom contact info fields setup, and need to beable to export to a file word/excel/acess so that we can update our records in the office.

You can use CB Juice (search forum there is a dedicated area for it).

Or you can use phpmyadmin and export the comprofiler table (search google for phpmyadmin).
