Hi, currently my site is using Kunena 1.6.4 and JomSocial 2.0 (whatever the newest is). I don't love Jomsocial and I especially don't like the cost. How do I run CB without messing up my community. Is there a way to just switch from jomsocial to CB easily? I've been looking for migrating options, but I was surprised that I could not find any going from JS to CB. Only CB to JS. Thanks Kim

If the other extension uses the joomla user table (as it should) the all users are in CB also. However I guess their extra data (anything other than name, email, username, password and parameter preferences) must be migrated from the extra storage used by the extension to the CB area.

You can use CB Juice to import this data once you have exported it from the other extension. Sorry, I do not know of an export tool for your extension.

So when I enable CB should all the posts, etc. migrate to CB automatically? Thank you for your time. I saw some posts that all CB sites are ugly. Not mine! Its getting prettier every day too. Kim :)
