CB 1.4 install error was created by cemainickam

Greetings , wen i try to install CB 1.4 i get this error

* There was an error uploading this file to the server.

Same error on J 1.5.22 and 1.5.23

Please read the installation guide and/or the README-NEW-INSTALL.txt included in the CB 1.4 distribution package.

Or search the forums as similar issue has been posted and answered many times.

Or watch our 5 minute installation video ( www.joomlapolis.com/cb-installation ) which also mentions this particular issue that occurs on environments that do not allow more than 2M file uploads.
