How to disble standard mod_login

How to disble standard mod_login was created by linguistic76
Using Joomla 1.5.3.2 I wish to disable the standard mod_login. And then only use the cb_login.

Problem is the mod-login does not show up in module-manager. Furthermore whenever anyone visits my webiste 1.InsideWhistler.ca they must log on. I don't want the browser to have to log to view the standard site.

Please advise.:)
