problem with changing the categories of CB

Hi,
I have a problem about user managament, tab managament, list managament managament and plugins do not have the ability to change or edit entries on the list, even if I select the box for the item and click edit or delete me say please make a selection from the list to delete or change, I run the following test: I deleted all the plugins and its database, I tried deleting the database comprofiler and even then after I installed it but the problem remains.
