cant extract downloaded file was created by phiropurwa

Hello, I have a problem extracting cb_1_4_0-unzip1st. Everytime i extract the file, there is a notification saying "

\web\joomlapolis\cb_1_4_0-unzip1st: the archive is either in unknown format or damaged."
Can anyone help me please? Thank you so much

Sounds like you have an incomplete download.
