Members reporting data

I need a system that will let people register and then come back to post information every day that would be seen in the admin and stored in a data base. Could CB work for that?

I haven't seem how CB will work? Each user needs to upload new data daily that is stored in a data base...data does not replace data...like it does in the profile??
