I'm not sure this information is correct. It doesn't work for my site...
To display "[edit photo]", type following into description: [menu style="color:green;" caption="&91;edit your photo&93;" img=""] _UE_MENU_EDIT : _UE_UPDATEAVATAR [/menu]

Thank you for replying. The actual issue was with me. I did not remember to set the options to allow images in the main CB configuration.
