No email for the administrator

Hi everybody
in the last few weeks i've bee trying to work out the registration method with community builder 1.4, but i am probably doing something wrong.
My problem is, wen a new user tries to register he receives the email of hanging approval.
But when he goes on the link to activate his profile, the administrator doesn't receive any email.
I've tried
-changing the email configuration in the global confogiration
-messing with the cb parameters
-disabling the spam filter on the admin email
but nothig.
Any advice please

I've solved my problem.
It wasn't working because there is a option in user management->community builder user->Receive Moderator Emails:no
Changing to "yes" i started receiveing emails.
