"Your image is now pending moderator approval"

I tried to upload an image for a mock user's profile. After uploading an image, I got the message "Your image is now pending moderator approval." However, after logging in on the front end as a "Super User" as well as on the backend, I see no place in which my approval is being requested

I am sure I am making a rookie mistake, but have spent a couple of hours trying to fix with no luck.

I have installed the CB Moderator module. I have reviewed the "CB Workflows" module in Extensions/Module Manager, and this is its status:

Any suggestions?

When logged in as superadmin in frontend so you see the CB Workflow module?
What does it say?

[Edit: you need to show the module on all pages - well at least one - you have set it to not show at all - Pages:None]

Thanks. I have mad some progress - I changed the module assignment to all pages, saved and closed. Then I signed in on the front end as "Super User" and I am now seeing "CB Workflows," and underneath it says "No Pending Actions." I wasn't seeing anything regarding "CB Workflows" before. However, I would have expected to see "Pending Actions" in stead of "No Pending Actions."

I signed out of the front end as "Super User" and signed in the front end as a test user. I again uploaded an image for the user profile and again got the message "Your image is now pending moderator approval." I signed out as the test user, and signed in the front end as "Super User." I am still seeing seeing "CB Workflows," and underneath it says "No Pending Actions."

Any idea why it isn't saying "Pending Action"?

It's working! I cleared history and cache on Browser and then it seemed to work. thanks for your help!
