Set default avatar for new registering users??

Set default avatar for new registering users?? was created by wingnut144

Is there a way to set a "default" avatar that all new users get, and then they can change it if they want?

How/where would I go about setting something like that up??

Have you found a solution for this yet?

I also need to find a way to assign default avatar to new registered users.
