How do I see the user content?

Members have successfully signed up and have access to the site. But on the form I created for gaining access there is information that I cannot retrieve. How do I SEE the information that the user input when he signed up? I'm sure this is a dumb question, but I can't seem to use the right keywords to find the answer. On the web site I saw a reference to "CB Member Lists: display member profiles" . Is that something I have to purchase? How do I get it and activate it? I want all the user information available on the BACKEND, not on the front-end.

CB fields can be created from the Community Builder -> Field Management backend.
A CB field can be marked to be included in the CB registration process.

All CB Fields or CB Tabs can be seen from CB User Manager in backend.

That's what I thought should be, but in my case, not all the fields that are activated in Field Management--attachment 1 (and are visable and active in Front End--attachment 2) are visible in the User Manager on the back end--attachment 3. I am really frustrated.
Can you give me a clue as to what I'm doing wrong?
Do you need access to other information?

you can't see it in User Management
you can see fields user by user when click on their name
