I'm looking for something that will allow CB users (particularly CBSubs subscribers) to manage a database of their own customers (this can be users on the Joomla site or totally separate..in fact totally separate would be easier I think). Something like name, city, state, country, email, current or potential customer, other notes about them... This would be something that only that user could see, nothing public.
It sounds like CiviCRM could do this, but I do not know if that's for the administrator of the site, or if all paying users could get their own little CiviCRM interface.
Does anything like this exist for Joomla that works with CB? Am I looking under the right type of software (CRM) for this?
For those looking to do the same, the form builder ChronoEngine/ChronoConnectivity seems to be able to do this. There's also mention of a plugin to get it to show up in a user's profile but I haven't messed with that yet.
