Table jos_pms not exist was created by shmack

Hello,
I have same problem as TOPIC: setup can't find joomla XML settings file
My debug system write 1 error: In SQL is not table jos_pms ...
I have Joomla! 1.6.3, CB 1.4 and uddeIM 2.3, www.hdcp.cz
This error cause disfunction other component (phocagallery, phocadownload).
I read FAQ, I turn off, modules, plugins, SEF. I reinstal, all components, moduls and plugins - and nohthing.
