I have been reading tens of forum entries, yet I cannot find the solution.
Neither the new member nor the moderator receive emails.
All settings are exactly as suggested in the forums. Moderator is set to receive emails. Members is registered as user and cannot receive moderator emails, etc.
When I try to activate the member from the back end, systematically I get the ominous message: ""This address does not accept email: Needed for confirmation." even for the moderator or super-administrator email. I have tried also different smtp servers.
RSForm! and other packages work properly.
I am co-hosted on GoDaddy. I called to check with them. The server does not receive the emails. It is something at code level.
Please help!
