contact info not showing up

so this is my first post over here. pls do reply. right nw i sat down to configure CB and what i find is that my contact info tab appears but the actual information does not appear over there. i manually made a new account using CB login to check n confirm but it was same. the info is there is profile but it does not appear below the tab in the frontend. whats going wrong?

ps: i looked for several posts regarding this but did not find them .

I would expect information from my Contact to show up in this tab but it doesn't show anything.
