User sync failed, not new user creat was created by piet_sun

Hello,sorry but my english is not very good :blush: !

Joomla 1.6.3 + Community Builder 1.4

User syncron is failed:

Then manual user created in cb : "illegal attempt to set user at higher level than allowed"

Patch 2244 is integreated!!!
