CB 1.4 plugin management

Hi

I am using J1.6.3 with CB1.4 on a fresh installation and custom template.

I have a problem on the CB plugins manager page. Whenever I click on a checkbox and go to edit, there is a page error with the error message:

Char: 110
Code: 0

Can anyone suggest how to correct this?
