Confirming and approving users

My site uses AEC and CB to manage a user group.
I had to create a batch of users in the back end. Unfortunately users cannot log on as the registration is not complete. Both Jooomla and AEC show the users as active but CB shows them as unconfirmed and unapproved. How do I change this state?I can only click on th eicon to approve. But when I do this, nothing happens.

Sounds like AEC is not configured to use CB registration.

Please post on the AEC support forums.

Actually, I went into Tools and synced the users. this did the trick. However, when the user logs in using the front end, he cannot see any of the fields in his profile.Is there a way to add these in the back end?

are you using CB login?

Yes I am using CB Login

Don't know what else to suggest as I do not know what AEC does to CB.
