regarding cb conditional plugin

In community builder conditional plugin, I have set if usertype=buyer then some fields should not be required.In this case it is removing the required field icons but when validating it is validating all fields in the registration form. if usertype=seller then two require field icons was showing, like this when every I change require field icons keep on increasing.

any help can appreciatable

joomla: 1.5.2
community builder:1.4
conditional plug in: 1.0.1

any one respond its urgent , I wasted lot of time in this
