Can I add a new value/ field as a user in profile was created by vistadesigns

Hi
I have to give an option to user to add fields by him.For example in No.of children field, if user selects 3, then three text fields should appear bellow to fill the names and age etc.Is it possible.Please help.Thanks

Using conditionals plugin, probably possible for a limited number of fields, as you need to configure the condition one by one.
