Cannot Upgrade was created by Funky Monk

I am trying to upgrade my installation of CB from 1.2.2 to 1.7. It absolutely refuses to install. I am running it on Joomla 1.5.23. Does this mean that it is not compatible with my version of Joomla?

suggest you study the readme files in the package first and check your php upload file size parameter.
