custom profiles for users

We are using community builder to have profile pages for different businesses. Basically they are landing pages for those businesses employees to then link to other information. I would like to customize those pages ... even to the point of having different modules come up for different users.

any suggestions on how to make this happen?

also can I put a joomla module in the community builder profile?
