Can't upgrade CB1.4 to CB1.7

EVerytime i want to install the comprofiler, i get Unable to Find Install Package

I've tried to install other components and these install fine.
Can someone help me

Joomla 1.5.23....Wanting to upgrade CB 1.4 to 1.7

I am having the same problem and have tried everything listed in the documentation. My upload capacity is much higher than the file size.

I have no problem installing the plugins and modules, it is just the component (same problem with UddeIM component). I've tried uploading via FTP but that isn't working either...

Any thoughts?

Which exact requirements have you met?

Most likely an issue with your php fileupload size parameter - this is discussed both in the installation pdf and the readme files both included in the CB 1.7 package.

What is your upload capacity and how did you check it?

I've contacted my host provider to ask them about my php upload capacity and they just say it isn't a problem. Also, when I upload something through cpanel, the top left corner of the screen says "maximum file size available for upload is 154 mb".

If you are Joomla 1.5 please check from Joomla backend:

Help -> System Info -> PHP Information

and search for upload_max_filesize
