No idea - you should contact your host.
It looks like quite a few of people are as confused as me when it comes to this PHP problem. It might be helpful to put a little blurb in the PDF manual about where to find your PHP settings and how to change them. I imagine it must be frustrating repeating yourself, but I do appreciate you taking the time to answer my questions!
