We're evaluating Joomla with CB vs. WP with BuddyPress.

Does CB have a News Feed or Activity Stream similar to Facebook, where all member status updates are posted? We find this a handy tool for our members using BuddyPress as they are able to quickly see what is happening in the Community and on the site.

we have an internal activity plugin that will be a part of CB 2.0.

Unfortunately nothing exists (at least from this website) that does this currently.

This was the biggest reason I considered using JomSocial because it has an activity Stream. They gave out the beta version for free which in my opinion I still like CB better. :cheer:

But I would love to see the Activity Steam in CB some day. If you feel like paying there is one alternative for CB but am annoyed you have to pay per domain:
