Login issue with IE

Hi there ,
I 0nly just noticed this, But it seems that all users have trouble logging in to the front end of this site VIA IE ?

do you know why this is so..
I am using the CB login module in joomla 1.5.18.
.htaccess is live.
This is a huge problem for me , as most of my users are IE users ...
Please Help !

Respectfully.... why do i need to upgrade ? should this not work ....
I cannot just upgrade , as i have made many modifications to core framework..
I will eventually rebuild the site ..
But for now , is there not a fix ?

Many fixes have been made both in Joomla (you are many versions behind) and in CB 1.7.

If your issues always existed then perhaps upgrading will not help.

If they suddenly appeared, then its most likely due to the many modifications you made or something else you installed - as neither CB nor Joomla are timebombs that stop working.

Also, perhaps a new IE release is not supported on old Joomla/CB releases (as it was not present to test at the time).


Sorry, don't know what else to advise.

If you can replicate issue on a clean Joomla 1.5.23 / CB 1.7 website, then we can investigate.
