How do I: Input one field, result in second field?

I would like to have users input their postnummer (zipcode) and get by (city shown) in a second field, how do I do that?
I have a list of the values needed of course, that I can import into Mysql, just like the countries list that I found a nice write-up on, but I would love to have this extra trinket on the profile.

You can of course code a new field type to do this.

Or if you are not a coder you can use the MYSQL field available for Professional members (Incubator) to do the lookup for you.
