Error 405 from "LOST PASSWORD or USERNMAE"

i installed cb 1.7 on win2003 with iis6
When I click on the Send Password generates the following error:
405-The HTTP verb used to access this page is not allowed (method not allowed.)

i don't know about http verb

What is the Send password link you click on?

the web page is when the user click on "forgot login"
then compile the check boxes (Lost Username or Lost Password)
and then the button is "Send Username/Password"
