Unable to find install package

Unable to find install package was created by ddhoray

I just downloaded the latest CB package and tried to install on a Joomla 1.6.3 site but keep on getting the error when i try to install the com_comprofiler.zip file - "Unable to find install package"

Any assistance in solving this is appreciated.

Read the included documentation please.
Most likely an issue with your php upload file size parameter
