Cannot access configuration

Cannot access configuration was created by BenOtt
I installed CB 1.7. Everything works. But I cannot access the configuration menu. This results always in a 500 internal server error.
I'm using PHP 5.3
I cannot find a solution for this. Can anyone help?

The same problem is now on my webpage.

It works for a while and now it doesn´t work.
And im realy sure that i have don´t change something.

If you are getting 500 errors please check your server error log (just like the message instructs you to do).

You can also check our FAQ section for memory issues.

at this time i have no further information about this.

It is a way to try a new installation?
Or change any files?

Ok, I get the solution.

It must be a problem with php 5.3 and the library Pango.

I changed my php to version 5.2
And now it works

I'm getting this too in 1.8. nothing in my error log, just 500 error when i try to reach configuration. all other tabs in CB work fine. I'm on php 5.3.10
CB 2.3, CBsubs 4.3, PHP 7.1, J! 3.9.X
