I logged into the admin area today to approve a new person & the group 'Club Members' ID 9 is not visible in the CB user profile. I can only add someone to that group via the normal/joomla user admin menu.
Once I have added a person to the Club Members group via the user menu the group 'club member' appears in the Group column of the CB user list, but is still not available as a selectable group in the CB member detail area??????
How has this group gone & how do I get it back available in CB? It worked fine yesterday!!
This is due to your administrator having "Administrator", "Registered", "Super Users" at the same time. CB and Joomla don't even know how to behave in this scenario. Administrator is above Registered, so why have registered? Super Users is above Administrator so why have Administrator? Please review "Administrator" and "Registered" and believe should work fine. As a side note never give a Super User any other usergroup as they have unrestricted access so it is unnecessary to give them any further usergroups.

I had multiple groups as I was trying to get a bridge to work, and had assumed that CB would ignore the 'lower' privilages. Bad assumption. Joomla seemed happy but CB didn't.
Anyway, bridge now working, 'superfluous' privilages removed and all working fine thank you.
