I have joomla 1.6 and I installed Community Builder 1.7 and this error is killing me.

I do not see that output in the html of the url you are pasting above.

But I do see that your html source starts with a blank line, so maybe it's an issue in some modified php file outputing when it shouldn't.

Try changing template to see if it's the template. If problem persists:
Backup, then Install over existing files Joomla (without installation directory) and if needed all extensions
