Group User approve new account?

How to make a group of user except super admin to approve new account?

can someone help me :huh:

CB configuration menu and in this menu the moderation tab and choose a group which will have this privilage. And still in this tab there is an option to enable user edit for Moderators.
And save.

im already set like Piszi told. but it cant work. I have make my another account and set it administrator. but when user register, this administrator account dont get any email notification. Only superadmin get the notification.

any advices?
