Okay after 3 uninstalls and install attempts it finally worked and everything seems okay for now.
Okay so this was solved but now it isnt, previous problem:
So after installing a fresh install of joomla 1.7 and downloading CB 1.7 i cannot install com_profiler. Everything else installs but not the com_profiler zip.

Now the error is when i try to visit the admin menu for cb i get:

After fixing the issue with Joomla not creating a menu for it.
