Get rid of jquery was created by emjay3000

Hello!

As I'm not using any features of jquery in my installation and I'm using mootools already on the rest of the site and also having problems with jFinalizer and CB, I want to get rid of jquery and jquery scripts. So where can I remove

- jquery
- jquery embed scripts in userlist

?
