Error message when registering was created by ralf2011

'm Novice at CB.

I installed it and whenever I want to register for the test comes this message!

"Only users with Super Administrator permissions can change other user accounts superadmin"

and I can not I register?
what does that mean? What I have set wrong? Thank you for the help!

Habe es installiert und immer wenn ich mich zum test registrieren möchte kommt folgende Meldung!
"Only users with Super Admin permissions can change other Super Admin user accounts"

was soll das bedeuten? Was habe ich falsch eingestellt? Danke für Hilfe!

Sounds like you are using CB 1.7 (?) on Joomla 1.7.x (?) - guessing please next time give versions.

Maybe you are trying to create a new user from CB User Manager?
You need to be logged in as a Superuser (not a member of any other Joomla group).
