Edit Registration Page

Hi all!
I need an help: I would like to add a string at top of the registration page, something like "please register our website to join the community", instead the "registration" string that there is now.
How I can do this?

Install English language plugin from here:

forge.joomlapolis.com/projects/lan-cb/wiki

first unzip it and edit the language strings you want.
Then zip it back and install it on your website.

ok, thank you man. I directly modified the components/com_comprofiler/plugin/language/default_language/default_language.php file.
