Forum Component?

I must have really missed the boat somewhere and now I am flailing madly trying to find ground.

I have all my CB items installed, I am viewing a profile I created live on the site, however, the only tabs I see to click on are:
Contact Info
Forum
Additional Information

When I select Forum, I get the following text:
The forum component is not installed. Please contact your site administrator.

What component do I install? Help, anyone. Im sure this is the best kind of newbie question to laugh at, but somehow Im lost on this.

Suggest you download and read the CB Documentation that is available to you as an Advanced member.

Kunena is the recommended forum as we have built-in integration (the forum plugin you saw) for it.

You can add new fields and tabs from CB administration in backend.

Thank you Nick. I have read the documentation as all people absorb information in different ways I just didnt see that. I appreciate your prompt reply and will look into adding the recommended forum.
